Judson K. Champlin has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of patent preparation, prosecution and licensing. He has experience with mechanical and electrical patents including computer hardware and software, microelectronic fabrication and design, and communications. Mr. Champlin has counseled clients on national and international licensing of Intellectual Property rights. He has been a speaker on Trade Secret protection, and electronic communications, focusing particularly on their application to computer software and the Internet. Mr. Champlin has also given presentations related to international filing strategies as well as changes in U.S. patent law.

In addition to his work in prosecuting patent applications, Mr. Champlin is also experienced in assisting clients in managing their patent portfolio, both domestically and internationally. His international practice is focused primarily on Europe and Asia, including China, Japan, Korea and India.
