Hallie A. Finucane has extensive experience in patent preparation and prosecution in the medical device, mechanical, chemical and biotechnology fields. As the former Chief Intellectual Property Counsel, Cardiac Surgery Division, for St. Jude Medical, Inc., Hallie has specialized in the medical device field for more than twenty years. She has significant experience in trademark clearance, registration, licensing, and enforcement. Hallie also has considerable experience in the negotiation and drafting of licenses and agreements. As an adjunct professor at Hamline University in St. Paul, Minnesota, Hallie taught courses in intellectual property. Hallie is a co-inventor on one patent.
