Trevor L. Haney holds a degree in Physics from Purdue University and a Juris Doctor (magna cum laude) from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. He practices patent preparation and prosecution in the mechanical and electrical disciplines, including semiconductors and computer hardware. Trevor also has experience in patentability, patent validity, product clearance searches, and freedom to operate assessments. His practice also includes trademark, copyright, and trade secret matters. During law school, he served as the executive editor of Cybaris®, an Intellectual Property Law Review, was an associate of the Mitchell Hamline Law Review, and served on the board of the Student Intellectual Property Law Association.
