Jordan R. Lee holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biological Sciences/Cellular & Molecular Biology (summa cum laude) from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Juris Doctor (cum laude) from the University of St. Thomas School of law. She has experience in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications within the biotechnology and mechanical disciplines. Jordan also has experience with patentability and validity opinions as well as trademark clearance and registration in the United States. During law school, she participated as a competitor in the National Patent Application Drafting Competition conducted through the USPTO and served on the board of the Student Intellectual Property Law Association.
